Rose "Rosato" Balsamic Condiment is produced with concentrated white grape must, wine vinegar and a touch of black black grape must that lends an aromatic smell and an elegant distinctive pink color. It has an intense fruity smell and a balanced sweet and sour flavor. This condiment is ideal with summer salads, grilled fish, seasonal fruits, and fine cheeses. Great as a light marinade for pork and fish.
