We collaborated with our friends at Lovera's, one of the best sausage makers in the country, to create our family recipe Luganega sausage. This slim sausage originally hails from Sicily. Our family recipe is crafted with fresh pork cuts, imported Pecorino Romano cheese, ground fennel, spices and Italian wine. Enjoy it grilled, on a sandwich, pasta, and in pizza.
